ABOUT ME

Hello! I'm Lidia - a girl who once fell in love with the mountains; I love the fact that they can make you feel true power, as if no one can stay in your way. Then, my first love grew and grew, and now I "seek" the mountains not just for the adventure of reaching their highest peaks, but for all the ride: rock climbing (I am more into the "rock" than the climbing, since I lack technique; which is probably why I prefer a thousand times outdoor climbing than indoor escalade), snowboard(again, there is a lot of room for improvement).
Now..what else? I try to understand the world and its different cultures; which is probably why I think I'm having a hard time settling down. but hey! there are a whole lot of great things outhere for us to see; how can one settle for just a few?..
I studied Cultural Innovation and I'm enthusiastic about my new project in this field.
I love the sun and the colors! And mostly- I prefer a good walk in a place I've never seen before than a really good movie. I enjoy life in its proximity, not in its virtual aspects.

PHILOSOPHY

I am sure that something greater awaits us; all we have to do is dream, then take the realistic part out of these dreams, make an action plan, acknowledge what exactly you have to do to get there (to get what you want) and then be as strong as possible on the road there.

Now, books- this is my passion:I prefer reading on recommendation and I usually read the end first, out of curiosity. I am currently reading Joyce's "The Dubliners", Cortazar's "Marelle" and Pinkola Estés' "Femmes qui courent avec les loups", since I can never settle for just one.
As for movies: Life in a day, Into the wild, 1951's "Alice in Wonderland","What dreams may come", Sofia Coppola ..will update ;)
