ABOUT ME

I studied International Affairs of the Middle East and Acting/Theatre. I am very outgoing and I always try to squeeze 28 hours into a day although I do like sleeping in :)Laughing is like breathing to me, sometimes I just can't stop. Optimism is key when traveling as is staying on your toes and adapting to situation which is something that I have become very comfortable with.

Interests

Foreign cultures and languages are one of my biggest passions. I love incorporating language learning with traveling an meeting people along the way who introduce me to their culture. I love to sing, dance, cook, paint and draw. My favorite part about traveling is visiting the least touristy places and trying ALL kinds of food :) I am also an avid music collector, you can find me listening to everything from Elivis and the Beatles to Blondie and really anything with a good bass.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love old 1945-50's movies, 80's classics as well as anything Quentin Tarantino.
I'm in love with the 50's and Elvis Presley is my man, but I also love Arabic and Latin music and the latest Dance/ Techno hits.
Olivia and Jai is my favorite book, next up would have to be City of Thieves

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I galloped horseback through the dessert behind the Pyramids in Giza, Egypt.
Making friends all over the world is probably one of the most amazing things I have done, they are priceless friendships.

Teach, Learn, Share

I lived with a host family for 6 weeks in Giza while going to school in Cairo so I could probably help with getting around those wonderful cities.
