I am sociable, broad-minded person with various interest and free time activities.I am always eager to learn or try something new, because life gives so many opportunities.
My name originates from Greek language ,the combination of 2 words:helein=to win and helenē=torchligh.It is also found in Greek mithology, Helena was daughther of the ancient god Zeus and goddess Leda.
I come from small country i orth part of Europe.I live in the spectacular, magnificient and beautiful capital city Riga,which is oldest atill existing Latian medieval city.

PHILOSOPHY

You can become blind by seeing each day as a similar one. Each day is a different one, each day brings a miracle of its own. It's just a matter of paying attention to this miracle, never forget to seize the day-carpe diem!(by Paulo Coelho).

The life is too short to waist it.We almost forget, how to feel, while we are learning how to think.We make our plans and see the future stretching out in front of us, but we may forget all the todays life slipping by.Thus, everyone must seize the day and make the life extraordinary.

Interests

I like traveling and dancing.I have visited UK, Ireland, Portugal, Greece,Turkey, Austria, Germany,Czech Republik, Belgium, Netherlands, Egypt, Tunisia, Turkey, Estonia, Lithiania several times.I am keen on visiting beautiful places, trying traditional food, making new frieds, etc.I am sporty and I enjoy promoting healthy lifestyle and habits.I play basketball and tennis and I go to gym gym 3-4 times per week and and I enjoy running marathon.I am interested in national and world literature , history , philosophy and arts. In addition, I like collecting quotes of varied authors. I am creative person and sometimes I design clothes for myself and write poetry.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done many charity and voluntary projects such as US-Latvia Medical Screening Public Health Fair Project, EU-HELP, WHO Project The Health Behavior in School Aged Children and others.
