First of all night life is not for me. I prefer to spend sunny days near the nature, live active life, share interests. I like photography,geocaching, blogging, mountains, biking, boating,hiking, meadows, adventures, my dog and time with friends and other close people. But cities in the evening are not bad too ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It always has something common and something really different. Why is there always something common? There are always some regular questions, some regular inquiries - what you tell about yourself and your country and what you want to learn about the country of the guest. Different - because every person is so different and their interests what to do in their travelling time are different. If you come to me, don't be shy to ask about the less popular places and faces. If I come to you - I prefer nature, but interesting architecture too, but I'm not afraid also from sites that only natives can enter :)
If you are interested - we have dancepads and a Latvian alternative to pool :)

Interests

PHOTO, GEOCACHING, FRIENDS !!!! Photography: flickr.com/photos/lienestr/ , webblog nomoda.sapnis.com. To breath fresh air in the nature in warm weather with flowers and sun, to look at the world from the top of mountain, photo - I like to take pics and to watch others' pics and process of making them, trips, travels, a little bit of hiking (includes small hills, maybe some bigger ones, nature paths) and geocaching. Architecture - yes, I like some fancy buildings but not gigantic ones. For example I liked Genova, Venice, Turin but did not love the greatness of bigger cities but the same time I loved to look at the pyramids in Egypt. The dream is to live in simple, sunny, cute house with terrase with flowers and view to the sea on the south.
Sometime I can go with bike too but my laziness prefers cars.But my interests are changing, sometimes I borrow good ideas to realize them and show to others. A long time ago my passion was to search and discover caves of my country. Now this interest have faded. Some time ago this was dancepad, now there is interest on board games. I was trying to put my self art of paintigs but this too was not a success. A significant interest for me is my weblog, and like most people I enjoy watching movies. But there can be a conclusion that my interest are not only changing but old interests have a tendency to return.
I can not live without society of my friends.

Books: Kafka Trial, Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World, Johan Grisham The Rainmaker, George Orwell - 1984; Harry Potter and some other fantasy. Music: White Stripes, Coldplay, something of pink floyd, Led Zeppelin, Raconteurs ect. Films: In Bruges, All of Lord of the Rings, Y tu mama tambien, Pulp Fiction, The Dreamers, Mullholland Drive, The Runaways, Adam`s Apples, Me and You and Everyone We Know ect., ect.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last was: visiting China where only few Europeans have been. Hiking 26 h through endless stone fields in north Norway NBS
