I am an easy-going, sociable and fun person, who loves connecting with new people and hearing different life stories. Obviously, I enjoy travelling a lot, either alone or with companions. I get easily excited when faced with new experiences, places and people. I don't shy away from trying all kinds of crazy foods (so far cockroaches cooked by my friend have probably been the weirdest).

When I am not travelling, I love riding my bicycle, walking/trekking in nature, reading, enjoying a night out with some beers and a nice conversation, going out dancing (even though I don't feel like doing it too often), watching football (just don't expect me to know everything about it) and drinking mate by the sea. Currently, I am studying Spanish, but there is still a long way to go... but you can try.

I am quite crazy about Latin-America, its nature, the animals and people. So far I have only visited several places in Argentina during a 35-day trip, but I have plans to explore so much more of South-America in the future. Another dream of mine is visiting Africa (although I have yet to choose where to start from).

So far I have only hosted or met people in my city. It has been a great experience and I am looking forward to meeting more amazing people, either hosting or travelling. Also, I like to help people and share.

Music, Movies, and Books

I always get confused by this kind of question, because the favourites always depend on my current state of mind and mood. But I can enjoy a variety of different music styles, including reggae, afrobeat, reggaeton, cumbia, hip-hop, R'n'B, rock, indie, folk... probably could name a few more, but anyway, the genres are mixing a lot nowadays. For learning purposes, I tend to listen to a lot of music in Spanish.

And well... we can discuss movies and books, there have been many that have influenced me and made an impression in different stages of my life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitchhiking in Europe when I was 18, with almost no money and only a small backpack and a sleeping bag.

More recently, quit my job and went to discover Argentina for 35 days (would have stayed longer, but life got in the way).
