Our current mission is to make friends with as many people as possible and change the world with the music we create, that it may offer hope and insight to ideals that one may or may not have thought or felt before.

LIFE IN JERSEY is a group of 3 guys who create and perform music together. Check us out at myspace.com/lifeinjersey. ...Individually, we are all compassionate people. We each have a heart for those who are less fortunate than ourselves and would like to share our creation with everyone, regardless of social status, ethnicity or skin color.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We have crashed on floors/couches while on tour and love to have other bands crash at our place. It is really great to make friends with others in the independent music world and really helps the world of DIY musicians to create a positive network of trustworthy people who are willing to share time and resources.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As a band that has been playing shows for over 3 years, we have traveled quite a bit and slept on many floors. We love making friends and networking with people in different cities, as well as offering our talents in exchange for a place to crash when we are unable to make the drive home after a show. CouchSurfing has allowed us to make friends with a lot of new people!

We once performed to a crowd of around 10,000 people, opening for Shiny Toy Guns, Perry Farrel and The Used. We've toured the Mid-west quite a bit, we are trying to branch out a little bit more this summer. We're ready to see new faces!
