ABOUT ME

Different people who read this will want to know different things about me and I can't describe my entire self in a book let alone a few paragraphs. :)
I suppose I could say this..
I am a country girl at heart, nerd girl in secret, and always find myself wanting to see different places. I LOVE reading, really enjoy movies, and have grown up around theatre. I try to snowboard, though I can't do anything too fancy... I love swimming, just being in the water calms me down. I get tired of routine quickly.
I have moved back to Ct after a year abroad as an au pair in Zurich. I miss it immensely but am glad(ish) to be finishing my studies!
I love a good glass of wine or stein of beer!
Music is something I find myself turning to in all scenarios.
I appreciate everyone for who they are and am very open to new beliefs, places, people, etc.
I am vegan/kind of a pescatarian... meaning the only meat I eat is fish and that's only on occasion. That certainly doesn't stop me from considering myself a total foodie though!
Anyway. I want to travel the world. I want to meet amazing people. I want to see as many places a person can see in one lifetime. I love exploring history, nature, spirituality, etc. Oh and parties, clubs, bars, are always my cup of tea!!

Been involved in a couple Zurich CS things... bbqs, meetings, and the pillow fight.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I had the guts to leave home and live in a foreign country for a year. Though that may not seem like much to many- I grew up in a small town so this is a big deal.
I went ice climbing on a glacier in the alps! Wicked badass if I may say so myself. :)

I want to learn REAL culture, REAL life. I want to learn to ballroom dance, take better pictures, and good recipes from all over the world.
I can teach you English if you don't know it, the best apple pie recipe in the world, how to swim if you don't know, how to rub your belly and pat your head at the same time, along with other random, mostly unimportant, things.
