Overview
About Me
I enjoy walking, biking, jogging, hiking, camping, swimming, reading, travel, thrift store shopping and warm weather. I teach high school biology.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Staying in someone's home versus a hotel makes your experience in a country radically different. I experienced this when I went to Japan for 2 weeks and stayed with various host families. They showed me places that I probably wouldn't have seen on my own. I found my hosts to be extremely welcoming and gave me a wonderful impression of the Japanese people.
Living with a senora in Madrid for 4 months was one of the best aspects of studying there.
