Travelling around Africa in our trusty Land Cruiser!

ABOUT ME

Kate and I have spent our time together living in Australia (twice), Spain and kenya, with shorter stays in Sweden and France. And lots of travelling, of course. We've just finished a year of research and photography in the Maasai Mara, and are about to set out on a fairly epic journey through much of eastern and southern Africa. We're very much looking forward to meeting lots of people along the way!

We hosted quite a bit when we lived in Australia, but we have been travelling (or without a proper home) for well over a year now, so currently we are just surfing!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Fantastic so far! Have surfed and been surfed and enjoyed them equally.

Jedna niesamowita rzecz, którą zrobiłem(-am)

To name but a few: Swimming in Devil's Pool, Victoria Falls. Any number of wildlife experiences in Kenya - just us and the animals, nt another person or car in sight. Camping in a tree and being woken up by rampaging elephants four meters below you. Spending a lazy afternoon on the hills below the Byron Bay lighthouse. Finding a completely deserted beach on a Thai island. Watching the sunset at the Rauks on the small island of Fårö off Sweden's east coast. Scuba diving in Lake Malawi or the Maldives. Chilling on a dhow off Zanzibar or Lamu. And lots more to come...
