About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To discover teleportation, paint stunning pieces of artwork, surf, climb mountains and even if I can't do any of that just be very very happy!
ABOUT ME
I'm a lady who likes to get out and do things, meet people, see the world and appreciate what it has to offer me.
I love wandering around new cities appreciating their beauty, culture and structure. And I also love getting away from it all and finding a remote spot high on a mountain where there isn't another soul.
On a day to day basis I enjoy cooking, dancing and having a chat over a tea or a glass or two of wine.
PHILOSOPHY
Life should be fun! Love it, live it and share the joy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love meeting up with people, having a chat over a cup of tea or a meal, sharing ideas and experiences. I have hosted some great people and they have became friends. I have also surfed a little and have learnt so much from the great people I have met that way too.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've had some great experiences, both surfing and hosting. I love it when the chat flows and you find a connection. And through this sharing of experience I've learnt and taught lots too!
Interests
Painting and engaging in all kinds of art, climbing/scrambling up hills, mountains and volcanoes, cooking up yummy food for others (and myself!), rollerblading, horse riding, surfing and reading a great book in the park on a sunny day

Music, Movies, and Books
Oh lots! The romantic in me loves Gone with the Wind, the knowedge seeker watches Schindler's List and the culture vulture watches the likes of Slumdog Milliannaire and City of God...
My musical taste is diverse - I love World Music, a bit of cheesy pop and rock and a little opera and classical too.
Always on the look out for a good read, I've enjoyed Ian McEwan, Sebastian Fawlkes and Milan Kundera to name a few.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The beautiful song of the tui on my return home, the big sky, vast plains and stunning mountains and glaciers of Patagonia, and the wonderful warmth and friendship shared with fellow couchsurfers.
