Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing helps to bring together people who love life and are interested in people, stories and storytelling
I now see it is also a way to contribute less into consumeristic tourism and feed more into connecting and sharing

when I travel I like to imagine "what would it be like to actually live in this place"
I'm not big on history, monuments, museums
I like beautiful architecture, sights, nature
but I'm big on people, their habits, costumes, understandings of life, the way they live, the energy their life and city has
Couchsurfing has offered a way for me to see foreign places through the eyes of locals and almost feel and pretend that for a short while I'm living in this place

Interests

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Waking up in the park on the green grass and seeing the palm trees hovering over me in the background of Vero-Beaches blue blue sky

Leting myself be taken down on skis from an impossibly steep part of a mountain for an intense mental exercise :D
