ABOUT ME

I love meeting new people, making new friends, experiencing different cultures, music and languages; I ply a few instruments and enjoy singing. I love history, but in an up close and personal sense. I love to read and watch movies, especially foreign film; and I really enjoy being in the outdoors. I absolutely love new experiences.
I have Celiac disease, but it's nothing I can't handle. LOL I have it but it does not define me :) However, I am a Paleoist :) the sane normal type :) Above all else I love living life! :D

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I can I will gladly host others, and greatly appreciate their generosity when hosting me. I look forward to travelling and meeting others and participating in cultural exchanges.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first hosting experience with CS was in Freiburg, Germany, I had a great surfer, Mike, come stay with me for a few nights in my tiny flat :) He was a great person and a wonderful representative of CS!
My first surfing experience with CS was in Portugal and it was amazing, the family we stayed with was so nice and hospitable.
I love CS, it's a wonderful community. I've since host many wonderful people and been hosted by many wonderful people and hope to keep having great experiences.

Interests

I have a variety of interests and am always open to new experiences. I love languages and international communication. I love culture/ cultural anthropology. I have a passion for music, instrumental and vocal, and many other forms, I also love to cook. I really enjoy being outdoors and enjoying nature; there is nothing more amazing than the world around us. I enjoy living my life off the beaten path.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have had several amazing experiences in my lifetime.
I think one of my favourites was, standing at the same level as the clouds on the Andean mountains in Colombia. Simply breath-taking.

I teach whatever skills I have that you would like me to share; I love to experiment with paleo cooking! I also have almost 6 years of ESL experience.
