About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I want to see new places and cultures and just have new experiences in general.

ABOUT ME

Will try anything twice, resilient, creative, shy, quirky.
I have a unique outlook on life and i appreciate others who also have something unique to bring to the table. I love opinionated, fun, intelligent, and honest people.
I just want to be able to live life to the fullest while im young enough to have a body that can keep up.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that everybody has the right to make those decisions which guide our life. I think it's important to be self aware and when you learn what works for you to not waver for what others believe. If everyone listened to their heart they have the innate wisdom to make their lives exactly what they wish it to be. BE TRUE TO YOURSELF!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to couch surf but mostly i want to get an authentic experience of the places i visit, which I just don't think is possible without hanging out with people who are knowledgeable and passionate about where they live

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My favorite memories or trips are when i meet locals out and about and they show me their favorite spots in their city.

Interests

I love anything new, as in new experiences. Its always a rush to do something that can make you see the world in a new way. I love creativity. The people I'm drawn to are one of a kind and express themselves in interesting ways. I go through many phases but it seems that all of my interests have always been leading me in the same direction. I love acting, film making, drawing, writing, building things, doing anything outdoors. I love physical activity and pushing my body to its limits.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music and movies but I've loved so many that its hard for me to list them but here goes:
MUSIC - I listen to everything and i know everybody says that but really everything but metal. An example of my favorite rock music is kings of leon, a friend got me really into 70's rock a while ago, I love old folky bluesy songs, I love some pop. But mostly i love trippy sounds; Brian eno, david byrne, alt j,

Movies - I love foreign films, dramas, comedies and action although im more selective about those.

Books. I used to be a voracious reader....a long time ago. lol. But my fav. book of all time is The Good Earth by Pearl S Buck. I also really like Shantaraam.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1. I climbed Mt. Shiva in India the morning after a huge spiritual festival that was happening in the town i stayed in and got to see an aerial view of a three thousand year old temple. I also stayed in an ashram where monkeys came to visit everyday and once i stood in a courtyard with about forty peacocks resting on tree branches above me. Not to mention the beautiful train ride to Kathmandu and seeing the foothills of the Himalayas from the monkey temple there. India is amazing, I highly recommend it. :)

2. Watching the sunsets coming down from the ski basin in Santa Fe where I worked....and learning how to snowboard. Amazing.

3. One time in Florida me and my best friend went out on a couple of sea doos. When we got really far out we stopped because we thought we saw a shark fin. It turned out to be a dolphin and soon we were surrounded by a school of them.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have some knowledge of film making, i know how to read music(kind of), i've learned alot about how to cultivate an artists eye.
I love being around people who are trying to learn english because there always seems to be an even exchange where we both get to learn a little of each others languages.
I would love to learn more foreign languages, more about art, film making, fashion design, bicycle mechanics, rock climbing, snowboarding, surfing, mountaineering. Im generally open to learning anything new.

Countries I’ve Visited
