ABOUT ME

I grew up in Düsseldorf. In 2007/2008 I spend one year in America/East Coast. Since I started studying in WS 2008/09 I moved to Koblenz.
Now, I'm living again in Düsseldorf.

I am really interested in other cultures, that's one of the reason why I started studying "cultural studies".

Besides I am very interested in all kinds of art (photography, dancing, theater, opera, paintings, movies, ballet, etc.)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

The CS project is more then just "giving s.b. a sleeping-place" - for me it's talking about different cultures, lifestyles, countries, rites, opinions and art etc.
If I have a CS over or if I stay at s.b. place - I would like to get to know the person at least a little bit and take "something" for myself back home, even if its just a little tiny "thing" ;)
Of course - I respect if a person have an other opinion about the CS Project. But it's always easier, if people are having a similar opinion about the same thing!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed in Germany, Sweden, and two times in the USA and meet very interesting people. Also I hosted many people from Germany, USA, England and France, etc. It was nice talking with them about the different cultures,.... I think "CouchSurfing" is a great experience!
