My name is Charlène alias Lilas, I lived 12 years in Reunion Island. For 1 year, I have been back on the continent in France in the Vosges. Mountains, hiking, nature! I have a love of life, respect for Vivant, travel and people.
And this is Sarah, my wonderful sister. She lived in Marseille for 10 years. Today, she lives in Corsica: Mountains, Seas and Maquis! She has a love of life, travel and discovery. .

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have worked a lot in recent years which explains my long absence from the site. I very much want to return to service and meet new people. Nothing better than traveling, getting out of your comfort zone and meeting the world!

Interests

We are passionate about hiking, about biodiversity. Lila loves scuba diving. Sarah prefers paragliding, parachute jumps, zip line.
We like to visit picturesque places and architecture.
Of course, we like to meet new cultures. Dancing, singing and discovering the local cuisine.

Music, Movies, and Books

We are very ecletic: pop, rock, jazz, blues, disco, electro, funk.
We particularly like world music. Lilac prefers flamenco music, maloya. Sarah the Corsican polyphonic songs. We both sang in a choir.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I wrote down my preferences afterwards, it's hard to choose because in each of my travels I have had extraordinary human experiences. Lilas travelled to Madagascar and The sailing crossing of the Mediterranean Sea.
