About Me
Hello~
I studied fashion design in Brooklyn, New York for two years and am taking a year off to travel (backpack, more or less), as I found myself disillusioned with the industry. I am interested in all types of art (literature, music, painting, culinary art [in theory, because in reality I'm not much of a cook at aLL], etc.), and love meeting new people and experiencing different places and culture (food, music, clothing).
I am also interested in sustainability and mental wellness and awareness/presentness. And travel of course.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am traveling around Europe now, and hope to learn from people of different backgrounds and share my experiences with them.

Music, Movies, and Books
Too many to list or even think of off the top of my head, but I'll try:
Music- Basically everything except screamo and super-country country music.
Films/Movies (whatever you want to call them)- Stoker, The Fall, Seven Psychopaths, Reservoir Dogs, Leon the Professional, Before Sunrise/Sunset/Midnight, The Royal Tenenbaums, Harold and Maude, Almost Famous, Twelfth Night or What You Will, The Count of Monte Cristo, Rebecca, Watchmen, Marvel Movies, A Long Way Down, Copenhagen, Mustang, Trainspotting, The Moulin Rouge, The Great Gatsby, Howl's Moving Castle, The Way Way Back, and so many more.
TV Shows-Elementary, Sherlock, Black Mirror, True Detective, Mr. Robot, Twin Peaks, The 100, Agents of Shield, DW, Criminal Minds, Parks and Rec, Freaks and Geeks, Chuck, Merlin, Misfits, Skins, and more
(I know a lot about dumb things)
Books-I haven't read anything in a while, but I did really enjoy The Great Gatsby, The Bell Jar, and 'Till We Have Faces (there's a long list of books I want to read). And growing up I loved Harry Potter and Percy Jackson and the Olympians. I also like some poetry, but sometimes I'm not sure I understand it.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I don't think I've done it yet...
(or maybe I'm already doing it? I don't know.)
What I Can Share with Hosts
A growing, yet somewhat unnecessary knowledge of a lot of TV and movies, and hopefully many laughs and stories. And a lot of movie/music recommendations.
