I'm a graduate student at the University of Oregon. I study media and communications. I'm interested in feminist media; race & ethnicity; gender and power. I play rugby (#9! WHOO). I'm a wildland firefighter in the summers.

I recently started practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Love it! Why did I wait so long?? Love yoga and have recently started to dabble in acroyoga.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I had my first couchsurfing experience visiting Quintana Roo, Mexico. And when I'm able to, I'd love to host. My roommate isn't comfortable hosting at the moment, so this is on pause.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled with a crew of gals to Havasupai Reservation in Arizona. I got to see the grand canyon for the first time. Really, sooo spectacular. Do recommend. Would do it again.
