Interests

I love being in nature, dancing, hiking, gardening, reading, doing some creative stuff oder playing music if a have free time.
I practice meditation and yoga. I feel myself as a spiritual person, but nontheless I am "grounded" and I love to have fun!
I love to hear the birds singing early in the morning, to jump in a cold lake in the winter (but preferred in summer :-) ), make fire in the forest, to pet our cats, to dance expressive in our living room, walk barfoot, laugh laugh laugh, ........

I am a good cooker and have know how of natural healing systems, yoga, meditation. I play fire-poi, a little bit guitar, ..... Many things to share!
