We are two students from germany, who have been friends and traveling together since highschool. Lilien (24) is studying architecture in Hannover and Sophie (23) is studying medicine in Essen.

We did an Interrailtour through Swizerland, Italy, Spain, France and the Netherlands for one month in 2018. Sophie did another Interrail trip through Scandinavia (Denmark, Sweden and Norway) in 2019.
Then followed a third one through Italy, Greece, Hungary and Austria in 2022.

We both love to travel and are open for every opportunity to meet new people.
We would describe ourselves as happy people who love to share a laughter and food haha :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We always want to meet as many new people as possible and we would love to get to know the cities we are in like they are for the people who live there, not just for tourists.

Interests

Lilien loves dancing and singing a lot, especially ballet, but one can never go wrong with watching movies or just go travelling to find a new adventure.

Sophie likes watching TV series like Greys Anatomy or anything Marvel if there is time but also swimming, diving and basically everything with water and medicine, so traveling to places you can somehow swim is amazing.

Music, Movies, and Books

We listen to all kinds of music and love fantasy or romantic books. Disney and Abba songs are the best of course.

Sophie also is kinda frantic for Harry Potter, while Lilien often enjoys reading classics (like the plays in theatres )

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For Sophie it was standing up at the Kjeragbolten, 1110m above the ground on one square meter, for Lilien it was the beauty of Lake tekapo in New Zealand.
