About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Be true to myself and live life to the fullest.
ABOUT ME
I'm a free, respectful, open-minded, friendly and simple woman. I am also a night person, so at night, when I'm not studying, I'm around friends, drinking some beer and listening to brazilian music or some classic rock n roll. I definitely talk a lot, but I assure I'm also a very good listener. For me, meeting new people and experiencing different cultures is the best and truest way to experience life.
Well, my real name is Lívia, but my friends and family have been calling me 'Lilla' for so long that I don't even remember who has created the nickname. So, feel comfortable to call me Lilla too (I prefer, actually).
I have my undergraduate degree in English Language and Literature (Letras Inglês, in portuguese)by Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo - UFES, and I've been teaching english since 2008. The classroom environment awakened in me, not only the pleasure to share knowledge, but also the happiness of living, working, teaching and learning with people of all ages. The world is a big classroom for me!
PHILOSOPHY
Be true to yourself and go at your own pace, and everything is gonna be fine! :)
"Someday, somewhere - anywhere, unfailingly, you’ll find yourself, and that, and only that, can be the happiest or bitterest hour of your life."
Pablo Neruda

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
All countries I've been to have provided me amazing experiences. The first time I've travelled abroad was to USA, and that was extremely important to my life. When I went to Chile, I had the chance to learn how to ski - and it was really funny, even though I have fallen several times. Visiting Argentina was especial for me, because it was the first time I've travelled for a foreign country alone. To finish, I can't forget to say I've loved every single trip I've made in Brazil. It is amazing to see how my country is big and full of different and impressive cultures.
