My name is Dr. Lilla Lipták. I am 30 years old. I finished my PhD in May 2023 and after that, I decided I would travel, so I headed to Southeast Asia in September 2023. This has been a big dream of mine since my childhood.
I consider myself a very friendly, kind, open person. I am a very good communication partner. I like to listen and learn from people, but I also like to share my opinion about any kind of topic. I am open to spirituality. I love music, I play the guitar and ukulele and learn to play the piano. I am a sporty person. I used to be a professional women soccer player in Hungary, but I am good at most sports. I love beaches and water, but also up to trekking and discovering cities on foot. I consider myself funny and good company, but I can be serious when it is needed. I love to eat and try new local foods, but I also love cooking. So we can cook something together if you would like to! :)

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I am a very extroverted person and I am interested in new cultures. I think Couchsurfing is a good opportunity to meet locals and other travelers, make new friends, and get an insight into the locals' life wherever I go. I expect to get a lot of awesome memories and meet amazing people with the help of Couchsurfing.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I love acoustic music, but I do not have a main music genre I love the most. The message of the music is more important to me. But Pink, Ed Sheeran, Justin Bieber, Harry Styles, Robbie Williams, OneRepublic, The Score, Shawn Mendes, John Maye, Kygo, Avicii are some of my favorites. I also listen to a lot of Hungarian musicians and songs.
My favorite books are the Harry Potter series. These books defined my childhood and my passion for reading. I read a lot of books. I like Agatha Christie but lately, I read a lot of books in connection with business, self-development, and spirituality.
In my life, I've never had much time to watch movies because I'd rather do sports and hang out with my friends in my free time. So my knowledge about movies ar not so widespread. Some of my favorites are Inception, Shutter Island and Into the Wild. But I love sci-fi movies.

I've been teaching more than 1000 students and I really enjoyed it!
I jumped out of a plane = skydiving. It was amazing!
I got my diving license in May 2023. I love diving!

I used to teach marketing and statistics at the University of Szeged, at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. I've finished my Ba, Msc, and PhD here. But I also went to study at foreign universities three times with scholarships. I spent one semester in Finland, India, and Portugal.
I can share a lot of knowledge about marketing, statistics, teaching, consumer behavior, pricing, behavioral economics, music, sports, and traveling.
I am just about to be self-employed as a life coach, so I can share knowledge and help with in this area.

I would like to spend time with my hosts. I can teach them card games and I can share all of my experiences and knowledge about my life and travels. I can also host my hosts once they come to my country in the future.
I am a foodie and a cooking enthusiast. So I can cook something good for my host. :)
