Have mostly hosted, but have surfed at a number of people outside Couchsurfing.org

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't used CouchSurfing too often in the past. Most of my travels have been for business, or with groups of friends where accommodation is already taken care of. Other times I have just stayed with friends I already knew in that location.

I like to host, because I like to help people, and this is an easy way. The couch is there anyways. I might not have the time to be a tour guide during working hours, but we can go out evenings and weekends. If you are here during the weekdays you will most likely have to entertain yourself, but at you'll have a place to sleep at least.

It's been too long since the last time I went diving, but it is almost always an amazing feeling to be 10-30 meters under water, just looking at life down below.
