Hey friends! ☺️ My name is Lilli and I am 25 years old, originally from the U.K but it's a little too cold for my liking there! I am currently traveling Asia after living in Thailand for the previous two years and I plan to continue exploring the world and all of it's natural beauty and am absolutely loving meeting such wonderful people on my way around and sharing these experiences with such great people. I love to travel by seeing both the touristy areas and going down the beaten track a little and there is nothing quite like a local new friend sharing these favorite hidden spots. I am often known as the girl who is always smiling and I have a bubbly personality, easy to chat with about anything and I'm very much up for a giggle, making friends for a week or for life!

I've heard such great things about couch surfing from fellow travelers around the world and what amazing experiences they have had and wonderful hosts that have treated them to opening up their homes and sharing their cities. I would like to experience the world and make new friends in the process, as most travelers may be I am also traveling on a budget and find the generosity of people who host absolutely inspiring and would really love to get involved in such a movement so thank you so much in advance for the opportunities!

Volunteering at a wild animal rescue Centre in Thailand to help give the animals who have suffered a voice and a better life after their rescue. The most incredible people with like minded ambitions and interests who I became friends with for life. The whole experience was one of my favourite experiences ever and one that changed my life!

I am always hugely interested in other people's stories and experiences both from traveling and in general and would love to learn more about people and see them sparkle as they talk about their favourite memories. I love to try and learn about the culture and although not very quick at learning, I like to try and pick up a little of the language when I'm in a country and it really enhances time with the endemic locals and brings out their smile when I say something completely wrong- oops!
