ABOUT ME

I am a software engineer and an artist, who loves traveling and meeting people. I am a learner; I find great interest in almost everything! I am adventurous, and I can talk anyone. I like to sew. I like to make things and build things. I have a small handful of large art installations. I am a big city person, but I love the green, green land I have found myself in. I like to talk, probably a little bit too much. I love to play trivia. I love to play board games. I read way too much wikipedia. I am a huge nerd. I believe in sharing and gift-giving and community, maybe that comes from couch surfing or maybe Burning Man.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

There was a time when I hosted constantly! I had dozens and dozens of surfers stay with me. I absolutely LOOOOVED it. My living situation has changed, and I’m not sure if I’m able to host at the moment. Currently, I am just using this to surf occasionally. I do still want as many surfers as I possibly can. I would LOVE to meet new people and show them a great time in my WONDERFUL city! I would love the ability to travel to new places without the burden of hotels!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I first came to couchsurfing, I was immediately sold! I had already unofficially surfed many couches. Since then, I have hosted dozens and dozens and dozens of people, and stayed at a number of places myself. I couchsurfed in Cairo, Egypt, and Barcelona, Spain. Madrid, Victoria, and many other places.
