Food: Everything about food excites me: the underlying chemistry intrigues me, the specific techniques used to make it fascinate me, and the cultural significance and history behind captivates it. I especially love cooking and eating food!

Stories: Hearing about other people's experiences inspires me and really helps broaden my world view.

Yoga: pretty new, but already appreciate how it clears my mind and how it engages balance, flexibility, and stamina.

Adrenaline: I'm a shameless adrenaline junkie. What can I say. The bigger, the taller, the more risk, the more wind, the better. Bring it! :D
