I recently graduate from a small school in Ohio where I studied media arts. Now I'm back home in South Carolina working on my family's small organic farm and working at an independent movie theater. Also, trying to figure out how to make art and friends and be happy//all while resisting and trying to fight the~ racist sexist hetero patriarchy capitalist awful~ system we live in on the daily.

My idea of the perfect day is being with good friends, eating something delicious, swimming in a natural body of water, laughing and talking and laughing, and dancing till i can't dance no more.

I believe that everyone has a story to be heard and something important to say.

In the past 5 years i've lived in Ohio, Washington state, Chile, New Mexico, Mexico, and now South Carolina again.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a often traveling, to see friends, for a new job, for new experiences and I think couchsurfing is a brilliant idea and way to share spaces and experiences. Also, I'm into any form of alternative communities based on sharing and gifting as opposed to an exchange of currency. The couchsurfing experiences I have had thus far have been as a host but I loved being able to open my little world up for a few days and share it with someone. The whole world would be a lot better off if more people were willing to open their homes up to strangers and share a meal and a story with them.
