I'm a Canadian living in LA. After getting my Bachelor's in Film Production, I moved to Korea to teach English. I loved the experience! But I've always felt a pull to work in Hollywood, so I made the jump, got an internship at BuzzFeed in 2017 and now freelance video edit.

Fitness is huge for me: I was a former competitive synchronized swimmer - I told my mom I wanted to be a mermaid and she had no idea what I was talking about so signed me up for synchro instead 🏊🏻‍♀️ Now I teach HIIT and water aerobics 💪

Yes...I’m a Canadian that doesn’t know how to ski haha. I crashed into a ski lift in New Zealand and got transported to a hospital via helicopter. Not an amazing story but got an amazing elbow scar!

I worked part-time at Stretchlab which is assisted stretching where your body gets pushed and pulled into different stretches that you can't get into yourself. Happy to stretch you if you're interested!
