I'm rowing in the Race to Alaska, and I will accept guests again after July 11th.

I run a mobile marine repair business fixing recreational boats. I ride bikes or the bus most everywhere I go, and live simply and shop for things on special. I have a couple extra bikes I could loan if you want a two-wheeled friend while you're in the area, and I worked 2 years as a mechanic so could help keep yours up and running if need be.

I'm from a rural community on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington, went to college, wandered off to other exciting locales. Such as New Jersey. But each exploratory opportunity has been narrowing it down for me--I belong in the PNW, esp. in Wash. Love the green and the gray.

Two nights is the maximum length of stay I can accommodate. Please note that I strongly prefer to host women or mixed gender groups. As far as hosting goes beyond that, I like people to be really up front about their needs and dreams--I don't mind if you want company and tours of the city, or if you just want to arrive late, go right to sleep, and leave early in the morning. Just tell me what's up. :)
