ABOUT ME

I moved to Hamburg in 1997 for my study of mixed media arts. I really love my profession, putting all sort of media together and try how it works out best and how it makes sense.

I have a strong passion for sports and came to yoga in a round about way. After a background in martial arts and lots of fitness training, exploring various alternative forms of movement and exercise - like dancing and running, I found myself doing yoga and immediately felt 'at home'.

I like to be outside as much as I can, love to be in nature and at the ocean, I like horse riding, gardening and long hiking tours.

short after joining the cs community I already got alot of welcome emails, thank you.
I met some cs ppl from Hamburg and hosted people and surfed couches. I always had a very enjoyable time with them and i am really looking forward to my next cs guests and hosts.

Interests

I very much enjoy my daily yoga practice.

I am interested in all kind of arts. I do research projects on mixed media arts - trying to put all sort of things together.

I enjoy gardening and hiking, I like sauna very much and I read a lot of books.

I could teach you how to take nice photos, to video tape, computer related things - i.e. to work with linux os or to produce your own homepage.
I can teach you yoga asanas and fitness-related exercises.

I would like to improve my English and refresh my Russian.
