ABOUT ME

We are a Swedish (Maria)-Norwegian (Fredrik) couple who live in Oslo, Norway. Maria is 29, Fredrik is 37. We've been together for 8 years and during that time we have travelled a lot and lived abroad together. We are both very social and outgoing and enjoy getting to know new people.
There's always a lot of people in our apartment, since we love to throw parties, fix dinners, have friends visiting and just hanging out together with the people we enjoy having around us.
The most important thing to us when it comes to hosting, is that the surfer feels welcome and at home!
And no, we are NOT currently visiting Plaun dils Matts, Luzern, Switzerland, as often shows up on our last login-info. It seems like the IP-adress on Marias work-computer is registered there...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment, we won't be able to participate that much, since we're starting renovation of our flat. We'll get back to hosting as soon as we have a floor to walk on again!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

By now, we've hosted as well as been hosted and both has been great experiences!

Movies: almost everything Quentin Tarantino (except for Reservoir dogs, in Maria's opinion). Kill Bill 1+2 are definitly favourites. Documentaries... uuhmm... quirky movies, like Darjeeling limitied, Little miss sunshine and Eternal sunshine of a spotless mind. Maria loves vampire movies, Fredrik dislikes them. Fredrik likes all kinds of travelling programmes, especially if there are motorcycles involved.

Books: (Maria) Everything Douglas Coupland! Vampire novels. Biographies. Graphic novels, preferrably about super heroes.(Fredrik) Tipping point

Music: We're both hopeless listen-to-whatever-is-on-the-radio-people... But old favorites are The Beatles, The Doors and Sublime.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

When we had checked in at Sheraton in Bangkok and got to enjoy an orange sunset through the glass wall in our hotelroom at the 28:th floor. Amazing.

教，学，和分享

Well... Fredrik can teach you stuff about search-engines and Harley's. Maria can teach you how to bake just about anything, except for meringue. I never seem to get that right...
We'd love to learn anything about other languages and what other people eat!
We'd like to share our life with our guests, which mainly centres around hanging out with friends and arranging fun activities with them. If we host you, you'll almost certainly get to hang out with a lot of fun people!
