Overview
About Me
Born and raised in Texas, but I moved to Seattle 2 years ago to work in the wine industry. I heard about this Washington wine thing, packed up the car and drove out here to work for a real winery. Now I'm working for the winery that introduced me to Northwest wine, 3 years ago. Living the dream~!
I have a BA degree in studio art. I'm trying to get back into practice. I pickle things and bake bread.
I thought I would find happiness on the West Coast, but I found it on the road in Utah. <3
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm ready to give back to the community! When my boyfriend and I moved up here, we HelpXed and Couchsurfed our way through the west. We met some amazing people and made great friends. I want to experience the couchsurfing culture of hospitality again.
For the next 2 months, I'm living in a HUGE apartment (much too big for me!), and it won't be too much trouble to host guests in the living room.
I'm also planning some extended travel for this coming fall and I would love to meet travelers and hear about their experiences!

Life is like walking through a forest. While you have a direction you'd like to go, as as you proceed, inevitably a tree will be in your way. So you change directions slightly to avoid the tree and go a slightly different direction. Maybe you'll re-center, maybe you won't.
