ABOUT ME
I enjoy life to the fullest, and tend to avoid negative emotions. I always love a good laugh, and usually laugh until I cry. I am very spontaneous, full of energy, and always up for a new challenge. I love to surround myself with people who stimulate me intellectually.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think CS is a wonderful project. By connecting people with one another, it will ultimately help people experience other cultures through the eyes of the locals, thus making us more understanding and tolerant of others. It allows me to meet people that would not have otherwise crossed my path.

Interests

I have a passion for the arts, great music and travel. I am an avid reader and somewhat of a life learner. I love to visit museums, go to the theater, and the movies. And finally, I just love great food with an excellent bottle of wine.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books:
Any book about travel, business, real estate, history, arts, decoration, gardening, and especially "self-help".

Movies:
I like everything, except for horror movies.

Music:
Classical music soothes my soul: Chopin, Beethoven, Bach, Haydn, Mozart, Gluck, Schubert, Verdi, Puccini, Dvorak, Tchaikovsky.

R&B and classic rock keep me alive (too many to name).

I listen to jazz as well, but that is only because is my husband favorite genre, not particularly my first choice.

Learned English in 90 days.

Share: cooking, and interior design.

I want to Learn: German and Arabic, play violin, drawing and painting.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Teaching French, English, or Spanish. Cooking great tasting food. I can also offer good conversation about my life experience in general.
