ABOUT ME

Hi there, we, Niklas and Lilly(both 19), are a German couple from a mid-sized city called Gießen which is located in the middle part of Germany. After graduating from High-School, we did not have the intention to directly continue our school education at university but instead widen our cultural horizon by travelling to the end of the world. Connecting with the locals and other backpackers as well as the amazing countryside is and will always be very important to us. Furthermore, our goal is to get to know a new way of life and improving our English skills which drove us towards New Zealand (5 month) and now Australia (1 month). We will stay in hostels and try to couchsurf. We haven't had any experience with couchsurfing so far, but we have with wwoofing in New Zeland which is similar to it. We both love sports and enjoy outdoor activities. In Germany Niklas plays soccer and I (Lilly) play Tennis in the free time. We both like to read and meet and have fun with our friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We did both a Bungyjump in Queenstown and swam with dolphins in Kaikoura- both amazing experiences! :)
