ABOUT ME

Rachel's spirit animal is allegedly a chipmunk (according to her horse sister and turtle brother), but she's not buying it.
Jocelyn's spirit animal is the feral cat; yes, it's cliche, it's just there are only so many animals to choose from. Rachel has a tattoo of a semi-colon because it's her favorite punctuation mark. Jocelyn likes mineralogy and sedimentology, and has a remarkable rock collection. Rachel is in a blue-grass band that Jocelyn wants to join (is thinking about picking up the jug).

We are peripherally interested in peace and conflict studies. We are more interested in mayhem, fuckin' shit up, throwing wrenches in industrial cogs, you know, as you do. We also like artisan cheese. LISTEN, it sounds like we're really terrible drips, BUT WE'RE NOT.

da smiths, joanna newsom, rihanna, the replacements, justin timberlake, echo and the bunnymen, d bowie (before he became, in Mozzer's words, A SOULLESS SONG-MACHINE), CSS. Don't ask us if we like Oasis, we're still working it out.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

Rachel: knits, speaks dead languages, draws, plays violin, tin-whistle, can keep secrets, alters many of her own garments, wants to learn things about electricity
Jocelyn: can build closets and install things like floors and windows, cross-stitches, square dances, cooks well (vegetarian things anyway), wants to learn how to sell things on e-bay
