I'm a playful, easy, crazy, quiet guy, full of desire to explore, to see, travel, engaged in the infinite task of understanding myself and the world around me. I love fine arts, running, reading, cinema, good food, good drink and I'm sick for any type of games. Oh, I'm also a good cook.

Interests

I am interested in discovering the hidden sides of people and places, learn new perspectives, new ways of feeling life. I love philosophy, not as a mere form of theoretical knowledge but as a daily practice to understand the world around us.
And, more prosaically, I love traveling, running, parties, cooking, strong flavors, ethnic dishes, Italian wines and Belgian beers, chatting and also discuss with friends, reading books on almost any topic, including fiction (and yes,fantasy, the good one!) and essays, learning about history of other countries, going to the cinema and enjoy the silence sitting on the river's bank in my town.

Movies: Kieślowski's Trois couleurs, Fincher's Fight Club, Jean-Luc Godard's À bout de souffle, Tarantino's Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill, Bergman's Smultronstället, Monicelli's L'armata Brancaleone and I soliti ignoti, Scorsese's The Departed, Woody Allen's Manhattan, Lynch's Twin Peaks, Nolan's Memento and Inception, and many others.

Music: metal, punk rock, symphonic music, rock 'n roll, country, I like almost everything except for the disco and techno.

Books: too many. I love Gibson, Poe, Blake, Shakespeare, Gaiman, Pavese, Tolkien, Baudelaire, Dostoevskij, Kafka.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A roadtrip in Spain with my best friend. My first trip in northern Europe alone. Try to learn something every day about people.

Given that there is always something to learn from anybody, I would like you to tell about your culture, of the amazing things you have done in your life, share our travel experiences and perhaps learn your lifestyle and some typical recipe.
I can show you how to cook delicious dishes, explain everything I know about my hometown, Italian wine and Belgian beer and also teach you the language, if you're interested.
