Easy soup recipe:
1 aubergine
2 of these spice-squares for soup

How its done:
take the auberine, wash it, peel it, chop it
put it in boiling water with the two spice-squares
cook for around 25 minutes (whenever the auberine pieces are through)
throw everything in the mixer
mix it, add some milk if you want and some salt and pepper

voila, beautiful aubergine creme soup
