I'm originally from Boston, but just spent a year as an English assistant at a school in Germany to really immerse myself in the culture and get better at the language. I loved it so much and had such great couchsurfing experiences. I just love traveling and learning about other cultures! My other loves are music and equestrian sports. Now I'm in New York for university, which makes hosting hard because I live in a dorm, but occasionally if it works out I could host, and I can always find a way to show you some of the city if you'd like!
