Going to meetups with friendly, informal, like-minded people, concerts (especially jazz and classical), art exhibitions, coffee with friends and walks in the park are some of the best therapies for me 😉

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Having penfriends from all over the place and travelling around with my parents when I was a kid - changed my perpective for life :)

Now, more seriously...Still planning on getting started in public health/health policy, so I guess I'll do the amazing thing then..
