About Sam and Lily

We are a couple living in Portland, OR. Recently we have started paying attention to our carbon footprint. We are always looking for ways to reduce our negative impact on the earth while still being able to enjoy our lives to the fullest. We also love to travel and explore new places. This lead us to this trip! We will be taking the our bikes to the train station and going to Seattle first to visit friends for a few days, then on to Vancouver B.C.! This will be the first time either one of us have been to Canada.. which is silly, we know!

I'm easy going, like to have fun, and very respecting of other peoples homes that they invite me in to! I think couch surfing is the best way to travel :)
