My name's Lily! I'm currently studying Biology and Global Health at University. In my free time I like adventures: traveling gives me life.

I live my entire life on the philosophy of kindness and understanding. There is not a single person that I will judge or hate.

I also really love music, and I've amassed a Spotify collection of international favorites from many of the places I travelled to! My favorites include British indie acoustic, Haitian Kompa, and Ethiopian Jazz. I have switched between 5 instruments in my life: piano, clarinet, French Horn, back to Clarinet, back to Piano, guitar, then finally settling on the ukulele (my favourite!!).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to meet new people and share authentic conversations. I have always connected better with people who have cross-cultural identities and experiences, because they see life differently from me, and I have more to learn from their opposing worldview. This is a great way to meet these types of people with whom I can share an amazing connection :)
