To travel and meet beautiful people, keep an open mind and listen to what life and others has to teach me. To see as much as possible but to also truly appreciate it. To enjoy nature and to especially enjoy the summer!

ABOUT ME

Currently living in Maui. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. Very close with my family who is still in NY. I have a partner of 4 years now and we live on an organic farm. We have 2 cats, a small doggie and over a dozen chickens. Transitioning from Brooklyn to Hawaii happened totally by accident and has been one of the biggest most dramatic learning and growth experiences of my life. I am very grateful to be where I am in life despite the challenges and growing pains.

Fun, polite, considerate, social and outgoing, friendly, life of the party, high energy! I'm very thoughtful, clean and neat. I'd say most everyone who meets me likes me, I'm really fun and sweet and I've always been invited to come back to stay with my hosts so I think that is a great sign!

I'm very positive and happy person but of course with a splash of NYC realism. In my opinion you can always find a reason to smile, even in the shittiest situations. I love meeting new people, I try to be open and accepting of everyone and never judge. I believe that life is short and while I'm here I want to make others and myself smile as much as possible.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I started Couchsurfing because I thought it was a good way to travel on a budget. I immediately realized that CouchSurfing is a way of life not just a way to save. There is something so incredible about meeting people who open up their hearts and homes to me and take time to share stories, take me to their favorite places and just help me out if needed. CS to me is an extended family of like minded, awesome people and it has changed my perspective on travel and human nature indefinitely.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had my first CS in Puerto Rico and it absolutely changed my life. I experienced the Bioluminescent bay in Vieques, I flew a tiny plane over the islands. Saw wild horses on the beach, explored hidden surf beaches, and fell in love at least once. Pretty awesome for my first time Couchsurfing wouldn't you say? Since then I have done my best to CS in every destination I go. I have hosted people and helped many people when I have been able to.

Intereses

Photography, makeup, art, being creative, dressing up, costumes, dancing, laughing, swimming, Bike riding and going to the beach!!! I love nature, hiking, swimming and going to beautiful places on earth.
Right now I am becoming particularly interested in chakras and energy points on the earth. Would love to meet people who know more about it who will share their knowledge!

TRAVEL ESSENTIALS!!!!
Always bring ear plugs, an eye mask, a travel pillow, headlamp and a SARONG! They fold up so tiny and are useful in a ton of ways. Sarongs have come in handy for me as pillows, blankets, a place to sit on the beach or grass, a changing room, to wipe sand off your feet, to put over your eyes if you're sleeping, etc, oh if you broke your arm you could use it as a cast or you could swaddle a baby or a puppy! LOL endless possibilities!

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

A positive, happy and lively energy in their home. I have some entertaining stories since I've travel a lot and always seem to find myself in hilarious situations. I'm a character and fun to be around but I'm also respectful and will always clean up after myself and probably you as well! I've gotten more into cooking as well so I'll probably whip up a few snacks or meals while I stay. Down for adventures with my host but if you're busy I can do my own thing as well!
