CURRENT MISSION

To successfully become a doctor of psychology in five years.

ABOUT ME

I've spent the past 28 years trying to figure out what to do with my life. I thought I had it figured out at 17, then again at 21, and still again at 24. Apparently, it's a work in progress.

I chose not to go to college outside of high school because I hated high school. I worked and lived on my own for six years until I went through a bad breakup and decided to go back to school. I graduated with a B.A. in psychology in May 2010. Somehow, I landed into a doctoral program in clinical psychology in Philadelphia, which I have just begun. Here's to be buried in reading for the next four years (at least).

PHILOSOPHY

I subscribe to the "do unto others..." theory. I also believe we each need to do something to make this world a place we all might want to live in.

I live to make things better, and make people happier.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't yet decided how involved I can be in the CS Project. If I move into a bigger place, I will definitely be amenable to hosting, but for now I'm sharing a living room and bedroom...with myself. I'm also keeping my eyes and ears open for events I might be able to attend, and I like to check in once in a while for good discussions. (Also, I found the close friend of a VERY ex-boyfriend on here. He doesn't know yet. Weird, small world.)
