ABOUT ME

I'm Lina! I was born in Ecuador to a Colombian Father and Ecuadorian Mother and grew up in Vancouver, BC.

I currently live in Ottawa, Canada where I work in international affairs. Getting to visit new places and interact with people from all over the world is my passion.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have travelled quite a bit and reflecting on my trips I came to the realization that my fondest memories are from the places where I knew the locals. There's something about getting to know a place through it's people and feeling it's true soul that changes the experience.

Interests

I love art, music, and movement. I teach ballet barre classes and I am currently completing my 200 hour yoga teacher training.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent 4 months travelling all over Panama doing environmental field research. I spent many days in the rain forrest and also time with various indigenous communities.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am passionate about fitness and would love to teach you a barre or yoga class.
