Nature is my happy place. Writing is my passion and holistic healing and communications are my career. I love to be around passionate people who are enjoy the simple things in life. Music: old school hip-hop, experimental hip hop, salsa, bachata, reggae, classical, disco, funk, swing, old school edm and anything that vibes!

Movies: I am terrible at staying awake during movies so my exposure is pretty limited however I do have some favorites like Pretty Woman, Hard Ball, I am Sam, Harry Potter (all), Kill Bill 1 & 2

Books: Too many to choose from but at the moment I am reading a lot of greek and roman mythology and philosophy like Plato's 5 Dialogues.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volunteered at VACC Camp, a camp for children with ventilation problems. My two years with the amazing team and guests of VACC Camp were two of my best lived years. Hearing, feeling and seeing the joy we bring to the lives of these children and their families is the absolutely the most amazing experience I have had.

Teach, Learn, Share

As a practicing reiki master and certified hypnotist I love to help others find balance and peace. The best advice I can give anyone is: live in light and love will always find you. Make the right choice no matter how hard it is, your mind, body and spirit will thank you tremendously. Remember that all that we see in the world are mere reflections of ourselves, keep this present with you always and you will find a great deal of peace in every moment no matter how challenging.
