I'm a 26 year old French girl! Smiling no matter what, I love meeting new people and sharing with their incredible stories. I travel the world to learn new cultures and discover what mother nature gave us. I love hiking on mountains and volcanos even if it's painful sometimes, the reward once we reach the summit always worth it!

I'm a food fan, I make delicious french dishes and desserts and try to cook latin, asian and african food. I can cook for my sweet hosts (unless I eat everything before...) and always want to learn more recipes from all around the world of course!

I take picture of everything around me (my trips, recipes, restaurants, hometown...) and usually post it on instagram.com/laminutelinette . Yes... I'm a social networks addict 😱 I use to study webmarketing and work as a web project manager which basically consists in work on the brand communication strategy on the digital supports (social networks, websites and content optimization).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As a backpacker on a short string, I use CS to get a free accomodation but not only! I mean I can afford a hostel in a city but my main goal is to meet enthousiastic people to share experiences with. I want to know more about their way of life, opinion, culture, hobbies... I really think CS is the best opportunity to get to know local people!

I know it's important to help people without expecting anything in return but if you host me, I hope I can help you with something else or do it for someone else. #Karma

Movies: I love watching fantastic movies such as Harry Potter series, Lord of Rings, Avatar and thrillers like Shutter Island, Gone Girl, Inception, Prisonners... I'm also a big fan of Lion and Slumdog Millionaire : such a culture shock!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

• Taking a night train for 16hrs from Yangon to Mandalay in Myanmar
• Traveling in China under -17 degrees celsius in January 2016 😱
• Pretending to be Indonesian to get a cheap ticket in Prambanan temple 😂
• Climbing 5500 stairs at 3am to catch the sunrise on Adam's Peak, Sri Lanka and then went down (which was the hardest part)...
• Ascending Mount Rinjani in Indonesia (3726m high), reach the summit after 2 days hiking and descending the 3rd day.
