When I need energy in my soul, I listen heavy metal, and rock from decades 70s, 80s and 90s.
For improving my concentration, meditation and instrumental music are my favorites.

I love fiction, real-life based, comedy, and with historic background movies.

Regarding books, my favorites are those relating biographies, meditation, history, and about how to be a good person ;).
