Hi! I’m Lina, I’m 21 years old, I’m from the US, and I love to meet new people and learn new things. I’m an aspiring educator and am always looking for new places to see in the world. Some cool things I’ve done: skydiving in Colorado, paragliding in Switzerland, jumping off waterfalls in the Philippines, backpacking around the Isle of Skye in Scotland, motorcycling in Thailand, riding camels in the Sahara, and swimming with turtles in Western Samoa!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love so many different styles of music - from classical orchestras to blues to pop music, I’m a fan of it all!

As for books, reading is one of my favorite things to do in the world (I’m studying literature), and I’m always open to new book titles and authors. Currently, my favorite author is Toni Morrison, and her book Song of Solomon is stunning.

I LOVE comedy. Favorites include What We Do in the Shadows, Swiss Army Man, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The Office, Parks and Rec, tons of stand-up specials, Bojack Horseman, and Rick and Morty

I’m currently studying Anthropology, English Literature, and Music (I play the violin) at my university, and love to delve into any of those subjects. I really just enjoy good conversations with people from all walks of life.
