Hello travelling folks! December is quite a busy time... so I won't be able to host. Sorry!

A three month volunteering work became one gap year ... and one gap year became two, then three. Now I'm back to my home country Germany and live in Leipzig. Shoot me a message if you want to hang out or need a couch :-)

PHILOSOPHY

There must be more to life than having everything.

MY MISSION IN Berchtesgaden
Exploring what I really want to do and good at, which means I photograph and paint, and of course am at the workshop most of the day improving my skills. Haven't seen much of the area so far as I just moved here a few weeks ago, but on weekends you'll either find me in the forest, on hikes or climbing. When there are any concerts in Salzburg or Munich you'll also find me there :-)

There are always new lifestyles, mindsets and yummy food to explore and CS probably is one of the most vibrant spot to find those little treasures.
Through CS and other platforms that share a quite similar philosophy (workaway) I was able to meet lovely personalities, helping me to learn much more about life, community and sharing, than school or any other institution ever could.
It has been always fun to explore a city with a nice local and afterwards go out and drink some wine/beer together, so why not continue with these memories? :)

BOOKS

Books have been my life since the day I learned how to read. But there's definitely that one book my dad always used to read to me, which is
"Higglety Pigglety Pop! or, There Must be More To Life than Having Everything", that has accompanied my whole short life. If you have the chance to read it (invite kids over!), DO IT.

MOVIES

De grønne slagtere, Spirited Away, Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain, Moonlight, Run Boy Run, etc. Definitely always keen to watch Arthouse productions

MUSIC

Alice Phoebe Lou, Young Rebel Set, The Doors, Edith Piaf, Yann Tiersen, Angus and Julia Stone, Arctic Monkeys, La Rue Ketanou...
