Overall, I am a serious person but really love to laugh. I am open-minded and enjoy learning about anything new. I love traveling, listening to people's stories and learning about new cultures. People say that I'm enthusiastic and fun to be with. I am very interested in art, and spend a lot of time in different cities' museums. I enjoy meeting different people and spending time in the outdoors.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
As an avid traveler myself, I learn about my future guests and ask about their interests. it is wonderful to do fun things together if possible. I have had only 2 guests and I showed and participated with them in most of what the Bay area has to offer!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
2013, I couchsurfed in Paris for 3 days which turned into 10 fabulous ones: We had the best time, and my host included me in her large group of friends! Five years later I am still very close with my two French friends...who just stayed with me in the Bay area for 2 weeks. We had a blast!

Reading peoples' experiences on this site is heartwarmimg and exciting.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was doing research diving in Papua New Guinea and saw..and petted (!!) a resting 9 foot leopard shark. That was simply amazing! He just swam away. A full moon's moonbeam reflecting on the sea while sleeping on the beach always leaves me awestruck.
