Overview
About Me
I am Canadian, but haven’t lived in Canada for over 20 years... so the word ‘Canadian’ doesn’t quite describe me. I am a mix of the cultures I’ve encountered and of the friends I’ve met along the way.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like when life is simple, easy, and fun. I love to meet people and get to know them and what they’re all about. I think couchsurfing would be a great way to get better insight into people from different places and different cultures.
Interests
I love learning new languages. I enjoy cooking and learning new ways of cooking. I like to hike. Love to relax with a coffee in mid-afternoon!

Music, Movies, and Books
Love many kinds of music, but my heart always goes back to Rock. I’ll never say no to an evening of live music, of any style!
Some recent fav movies include Shoplifters, The Favourite, and Bharat Ane Nenu.
Books? I’m a librarian, so don’t get me started!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Last February, I jumped the Big Rush in Durban, South Africa!
Teach, Learn, Share
I teach research skills to senior high school students.
I am currently learning Spanish.
I love sharing laughs!
